What you’ll do
Position: Head Information Technology (IT)

Location: Bengaluru, India
Department: Information Technology

Reports To: President

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of IT to lead Royaloak’s technology function driving digital transformation, infrastructure excellence, and enterprise systems management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and experience managing IT operations across multi-location retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Strategy & Leadership

Define and implement the organizations IT vision and roadmap in line with business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team capable of supporting a growing retail network.
Collaborate with leadership to leverage technology for operational excellence and business scalability.
2. ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) Management

Oversee end-to-end management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP including implementation, customization, integration, and user adoption.
Partner with functional teams to streamline processes across finance, supply chain, retail operations, HR, and inventory.
Ensure continuous system optimization, data accuracy, and timely reporting across business units.
3. Infrastructure & Retail Systems

Manage and enhance IT infrastructure across corporate and retail locations — networks, servers, POS systems, and cloud environments.
Ensure seamless functioning of retail technologies, including POS, CRM, and store connectivity.
Drive IT automation and system integration to improve efficiency and user experience.
4. IT Governance & Security

Develop and enforce IT policies, SOPs, and data security standards.
Oversee cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and data protection frameworks.
Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and third-party service agreements.
5. Innovation & Digital Transformation

Introduce emerging technologies and analytics tools to drive business insights and digital innovation.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process automation and technology adoption.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: 12–18 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within retail, consumer, or multi-location organizations.
Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation, customization, and management.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, POS systems, and cloud technologies.
Excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Strategic mindset with ability to drive technology transformation initiatives.
