Job description
What you’ll do
Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting large enterprise environments, especially within endpoint and mobile device management.
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Intune, MECM, Co-Management, Autopilot, and CMG. Strong knowledge of Intune configuration, policy management, Defender for Endpoint, and cloud security services.
Operating Systems & Endpoint Security: Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS environments, including deep experience with device compliance policies and endpoint protection.
Device & Build Management: Proficient in managing macOS build processes, as well as Android and iOS devices, Kiosk devices, and other mobile device management tools.
Cloud & Security: Knowledge of Azure, Office 365, and Microsoft security tools, including Defender for Endpoint and compliance policies for enterprise environments.
Scripting: Advanced skills in PowerShell scripting for automation, configuration management, and troubleshooting.
Compliance & Patching: Experience with WuFB, Autopatch, MECM and other 3rd party toolsets with an ability to ensure compliance and security across all managed devices.
Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex technical challenges.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Adaptability & Initiative: Flexible, quick to adapt to changes, and eager to take on additional duties and special projects as required.
