Job Description: Manager Design & Brand Experience
Location: Bengaluru
About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Manager to join our team at Zinnov. This pivotal role blends creativity, operational excellence, and strategic thinking to shape the brand experience end-to-end. You will lead design and video production initiatives, drive impactful content programs, and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns that elevate Zinnov’s visual identity, strengthen our digital presence, and deliver differentiated brand experiences across channels.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of creative, design, video, and tech professionals; foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Creative Production: Oversee development of social media assets, digital marketing campaigns, white papers, infographics, event collateral, and other experiential marketing materials.
Video & Multimedia: Manage video production pod—conceptualize, script, and deliver high-quality videos that tell Zinnov’s story across platforms.
Brand Stewardship: Safeguard and evolve Zinnov’s visual and experiential brand identity across all touchpoints—digital, print, and events.
Event & Conference Support: Lead creative design and marketing operations for conferences, summits, and other large-scale experiential initiatives.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and cost-efficient execution.
Process & Efficiency: Build scalable processes, track metrics, and optimize team workflows for speed, quality, and impact.
Embracing New-Age AI Tools :
Leverage generative AI platforms for accelerating design, content, and video production workflows.
Use AI-driven analytics, automation, and personalization tools to optimize digital campaigns and audience engagement.
Experiment with emerging AI technologies (visual design, video editing, content generation) to deliver cutting-edge, differentiated brand experiences.
Champion responsible and ethical use of AI while upskilling the team on future-ready creative practices.

Qualifications & Skills :
7–10 years of experience in marketing, creative operations, or brand management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong portfolio of leading creative design and video projects; experience across B2B marketing preferred.
Hands-on expertise in digital marketing, social media campaigns, and marketing technology platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to balance creativity with execution, and strategy with detail orientation.
Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience.
