What you’ll do
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing to lead our offline Marketing in the real estate sector. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of offline marketing channels, brand building, and market positioning. You will be responsible for crafting and executing traditional marketing strategies that drive brand recognition, generate leads, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive traditional marketing strategies for real estate projects and brand promotion
Lead the planning and execution of print advertising campaigns (newspapers, magazines, brochures, flyers, billboards)
Manage offline events, property exhibitions, open houses, seminars, and community engagement programs
Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, advertising agencies, and event partners
Oversee production and distribution of marketing collateral (signage, banners, direct mail, promotional merchandise)
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine positioning and messaging
Collaborate with sales, design, and project teams to ensure brand consistency across all conventional channels
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of traditional marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed
Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
Oversee marketing budgets, vendor negotiations, and ROI analysis for traditional campaigns
Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in conventional/traditional marketing within the real estate industry
Proven track record of successful offline campaign management and brand building
Strong network with media, agencies, and event partners in the real estate space
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Deep understanding of the local real estate market and customer behavior
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics
High level of creativity and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in luxury or large-scale residential/commercial real estate projects
Familiarity with integrating traditional and digital marketing strategies
Membership in relevant industry associations
