About Us

We are a rapidly growing financial services firm focused on delivering customized investment

solutions to HNIs and UHNIs. Our offerings span equity, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, structured

products, and other wealth management instruments. We are expanding our team and looking for

high-performing Wealth Managers to lead our client acquisition and relationship management

efforts.

Key Responsibilities

– Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI clients with a focus on long-term wealth creation and relationship

management.

– Develop and maintain an AUM of INR 50 Cr and above.

– Provide end-to-end investment advisory services across equity, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, NCDs,

bonds, and structured products.

– Deep understanding of client risk profiles and ability to recommend suitable financial solutions.

– Achieve assigned revenue and AUM targets through effective client relationship management and

cross-selling.

– Conduct regular portfolio reviews and rebalancing as per market dynamics.

– Ensure compliance with all internal processes, regulatory requirements, and documentation

standards.

– Collaborate with internal product, research, and operations teams for seamless client servicing.

Candidate Profile

– 5-6 years of experience in wealth management, preferably with a private bank, broking house, or

AMC.

– Proven track record in managing and growing AUM of INR 50 Cr or more.

– Strong knowledge of investment products including mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, equity, and fixed

income instruments.

– Excellent client acquisition, relationship-building, and communication skills.

– Certifications like NISM VA / NISM XA+XB / CFP (preferred).

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
