Urgent Opening for Insurance Domain- Senior Level Role (Online Quoting Specialist)

Min 3.0 Years to 7.0Years of experience in knowledge of insurance products / Online Quoting Platform / Quoting Preparations / Insurance quotes / quoting tools

Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: 5 Working Days and 2-week offs
Location: Kochi / Bangalore
Report to: Asst Manager / Deputy Manager

Summary : The Online Quoting Specialist is responsible for providing accurate and timely insurance quotes to GGB US Select CSMs through online platforms. This role involves understanding client needs, utilizing quoting tools, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Utilize online quoting tools and software to generate accurate insurance quotes.
Communicate effectively with CSMs/clients to gather necessary information for quoting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during the quoting process.
Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to provide comprehensive insurance solutions.
Respond to quote requests from CSMs via online channels. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and services offered by the company.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the quoting process.
Track and report quoting activity and outcomes to management.

Primary Responsibilities

Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
Proficiency in using online quoting platforms and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Desired Skills and Competencies

Graduation
Previous experience in Insurance Submissions, quoting, insurance sales or customer service is advantageous.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in online quoting tools and CRM software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of US Geography and the Carriers involved in each state
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications
Any Graduate/ PG can Apply
Insurance Certification will be the additional advantage

SPOC – Single Point of Contact role for operations

Onshore travel experience
Stack Holder Management

Transition/onboarding of service
