Full job description
Primary Purpose:
Responsible for increasing student enrollments and retention of students in the school. The position provides guidance to prospective parents on appropriate curriculum selection for their ward.

Orient and guide new parents on the curriculum framework offered by the school.
Provide details of the board structure and the integrated curriculum offered by the school.
Assist in the identification of children with special needs and offer advice to their parents on the additional support provided by the school.
Provides campus tours for prospective parents and provides guidance on the variety of teaching initiatives taken by the school.
Advice parents individually and/or with groups regarding academic eligibility requirements, appropriate board selection, academic policies and delivery procedures,
Maintains up-to-date knowledge about the School’s programs and requirements.
Assist parents in admission registration, evaluate student admissibility and provide guidance on the admission process.
Addressing to existing parents queries and assisting in timely closure of the issue raised by them.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or Management preferred).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in school admissions, counseling, or education sales.
Proven track record of achieving admission/enrollment targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with parents and students.
Strong presentation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective parents and convert inquiries into admissions.
Pleasant personality, confident demeanor, and a professional attitude.
Good command over English and local languages (spoken and written).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for data handling and reporting.
Empathetic listener with patience and understanding toward parent and student concerns.
Goal-oriented and proactive, with the ability to handle pressure and meet timelines.
Open to learning and taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
A team player who collaborates effectively with academic and administrative departments.
Salary: Based on experience
