Job Title: Admission Officer

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Experience: 3 – 8 years

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and experienced Admission Officer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete student admission process — from inquiry handling to final enrollment — while ensuring excellent communication and a smooth experience for parents and students.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute the end-to-end admission process including counseling, documentation, and follow-ups.
Handle inquiries from prospective parents/students via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Conduct campus tours and presentations for potential students and families.
Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and admissions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
Provide timely reports and updates to management on admission status and performance metrics.
Represent the institution at education fairs, seminars, and promotional events when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (education or management preferred).
3–8 years of proven experience in admissions, counseling, or educational administration.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
