Role & responsibilities

Job Title: AM /DM -Social Media & Product Activation

Department: Marketing

Location: Head Office (Goregaon East)

Reports To: AGM

Social Media Strategy & Management

Develop and implement multi-platform social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
Manage day-to-day content planning, publishing, and community engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
Create or oversee the creation of high-quality content (static posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs).
Track channel performance, run analytics, and produce monthly insights reports.
Manage paid social media campaigns, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
Product Activation & Campaign Execution

• Campaign Marketing

• Budget Management

Plan and execute product launches, sampling programs, and thematic campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Trade Marketing) for seamless execution.
Coordinate with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors for product seeding and promotions.
Develop activation toolkits: brand guidelines, campaign messaging, communication materials.
Ensure activation campaigns achieve set KPIs related to awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Brand Planning & Strategy

Support yearly and quarterly brand planning, including brand calendars, positioning, and communication frameworks.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Assist in crafting brand narratives that reflect the brand vision and consumer trends.
Ensure all digital and offline communication maintains brand identity and tone of voice.
Analytics & Performance Tracking

Monitor campaign KPIs: reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, conversions, ROI.
Analyze competitor activities and market trends across the social landscape.
Provide recommendations to optimize content, campaigns, and brand engagement tactics.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in social media marketing, brand management, or product activation.
Experience with analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) is an advantage.
Experience working with creative agencies or content teams preferred.
