Job description
What you’ll do
Source LAP/Mortgage loans through Direct Sales Team (DST), connectors,and branch-generated leads.
Utilize tele-sales leads, walk-ins, and existing customer base to generate business.
Drive cross-sell by pitching relevant loan products (e.g., Personal Loan, Business Loan) to LAP/Mortgage customers.
Engage with internal teams including branches and tele-calling units for lead generation and conversions.
Ensure timely login, processing, and disbursement of files.
Track and report performance metrics on a regular basis.
Ensure adherence to internal compliance and regulatory norms.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in LAP/Mortgage sales.
Hands-on experience in direct sourcing through DST, connectors, and direct channels.
Proven ability to cross-sell loan products.
Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
Strong understanding of secured loan documentation and process.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
