We have Job Opportunity with FMCG-Stationary Division for Area Sales Manager Trade, Mumbai location.

Qualification : Graduation (any) or MBA/ PGDM (any)

Experience : 3 Years

Position : Sales Manager B2B Sales

Location: Mumbai(Colaba)

Key responsibilities:

Sales performance: Achieving primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned area and managing the sales team to meet their objectives.

Distribution management: Appointing new distributors, ensuring market and outlet coverage, and maintaining a healthy stock level at distributor points.

Market analysis and strategy: Monitoring competition, analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and formulating strategies to increase market share.

Customer and channel management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and trade partners, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Operational efficiency: Conducting sales and stock report analysis, preparing monthly sales forecasts, and ensuring cost-efficiency in stock management.

Team leadership: Training and managing the sales team, which can include both on-roll and off-roll personnel, to ensure they are well-versed in sales processes.

B2B sales: Handling business-to-business sales to various institutions and high-value clients within the territory.

Key skills and qualifications:

Experience in sales, trade marketing, and distribution.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Analytical and strategic thinking to interpret market data and plan effectively.

Excellent customer relationship management and negotiation skills.

Ability to work with a large team and manage complex distribution networks.
