About The Position
The position will be based out at Q3 Technologies, Gurgaon /Mumbai and will report to the AVP-Sales.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries.
Understand client needs and propose tailored software solutions that meet their technical and business objectives.
Conduct presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to create proposals, SOWs, and RFP responses.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with market trends, competition, and emerging technologies.
Track sales pipeline, activities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Experience with selling AI solutions is a plus
Promoting the organization and its various service offerings
Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty

Preferred Qualifications
MBA/PGDM/BE/BTECH
6-10 years of relevant experience in the Sales/Business Development function of an IT Services organization
