What you’ll do
Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales activities to achieve targets, including lead generation, new business development, and key account management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective customer relationship management.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Identify and prioritise key market segments and customers to focus sales efforts.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s pneumatic product and their applications or similar production in the automation industries.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement lead generation activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in industrial automation sales or related field (B2B).
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Telecommunication (B.Tech/B.E.) or Mechanical (B.Tech/B.E.).
Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently.
Strong technical knowledge of pneumatic systems and their applications.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
preparing and presenting a potential cost-benefit analysis to potential clients

Delivering presentations and demos to clients.
