What you’ll do
Experience : 6 to 9 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
Working closely with our customers, industry experts, product managers, and engineers to understand the business processes at a detailed level.
Participating in business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touchpoints in multi-cloud Implementations.
Developing strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and team members.
Conduct thorough analysis of business needs, gather requirements from stakeholders, and document them accurately.
Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and subject matter experts to design solutions that address business requirements and align with project goals.
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing processes, identify pain points, and recommend effective solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
Creating and owning user stories/business requirements documents as an outcome of the requirements
gathering sessions and detailing out the user stories in the agile sprints for the scrum team to work upon.
Participating in the UAT and Go-Live process, including test planning, development of test scripts.
Documentation – BRS, SRS, FSD, Prototypes Author user story, acceptance criteria, and user scenarios to describe product requirements for the engineering team.
Have experience in planning/running workshops for requirement discovery, requirement elicitation and as-is state due diligence.
Provide user training on new features and functionality.
Work Closely with Product Owners or work as Product Owner if required.
