Job description
What you’ll do
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager (Technical) to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in civil engineering along with hands-on experience in construction chemicals, waterproofing systems, AutoCAD, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular site visits to assess project requirements, monitor progress, and provide technical support.
Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings, technical proposals, and project documentation.
Provide technical guidance on construction chemicals, waterproofing solutions, and related applications.
Assist the sales/technical team with presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
Ensure quality control and adherence to engineering standards and company guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for successful project execution.
Prepare technical reports, site visit summaries, and recommendations.
Key Requirements

B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
7-8 years of relevant experience in technical roles related to construction chemicals, waterproofing, or building materials.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of engineering drawings.
Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to travel for site visits and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of construction industry standards and best practices.
Experience working with contractors, consultants, and architects.
Problem-solving and customer-oriented approach.
