Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer RCC, Finishing & Execution
Location: Kandivali, Mumbai
Experience & Education: BE/BTECH Civil with Minimum 8+ Years or Diploma Civil with 12+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with a strong background in RCC works, finishing activities, and project execution, who has successfully handled at least one full project lifecycle from start to handover. The ideal candidate should be able to lead site operations independently, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely project delivery with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage RCC structural works, formwork, reinforcement, and concreting activities.
Monitor and execute finishing works such as plastering, tiling, painting, waterproofing, flooring, and interior finishes.
Ensure adherence to project schedules, cost control, and quality standards.
Lead a site execution team, manage contractors, vendors, and ensure effective coordination with consultants.
Review drawings, resolve technical/site issues, and coordinate BOQ verification and material planning.
Ensure compliance with IS codes, safety norms, and site documentation protocols.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including final handover.

Requirements:

B.E./ B. Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent diploma with relevant experience).
Minimum 8+ years of experience in civil construction with hands-on site execution.
Proven experience in managing RCC and finishing works in mid to high-rise residential/commercial projects.
Must have successfully completed at least one end-to-end project, from excavation to final handover.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project/site management tools.
Good knowledge of construction standards, site safety, and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Candidates:

Residing in or willing to work at Kandivali, Mumbai.
Experience in luxury residential or commercial projects will be an added advantage.
