Socialsect is a performance-driven growth agency specializing in end-to-end marketing funnels and full-stack web/app development. We partner with high-ticket B2C and B2B clients across healthcare, e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, and real estate. Our work spans Meta/Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn & outbound systems, AI-powered lead generation, and enterprise-grade website/app builds.
We’re growing fast and are looking for a B2B Sales Manager who can take ownership of our outbound sales function and consistently bring in new business.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for driving Socialsect’s client acquisition efforts across multiple channels — cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and platforms like Upwork. You’ll work directly with the founders, helping us expand into new verticals and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage outbound pipelines across cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and Upwork.
Research, qualify, and engage decision-makers in target industries (doctors, clinics, e-commerce, SaaS, real estate, etc.).
Create tailored pitches and proposals that align with Socialsect’s growth services.
Set and run sales meetings with prospects, handing over to founders for deal closure where required.
Track outreach KPIs, analyze funnel performance, and optimize for higher conversions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging, case studies, and sales assets.
Stay on top of market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or agency growth.
Strong track record of generating and converting leads into paying clients.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills — both written and verbal.
Comfort with high-volume outbound (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn DMs).
Ability to adapt sales approach for different industries and ticket sizes.
Familiarity with CRMs, outreach tools, and platforms like Upwork.
Self-starter attitude with the discipline to own numbers and hit targets.
Nice to Have
Experience selling marketing, advertising, SaaS, or web development services.
Existing network in healthcare, e-commerce, or tech.
Understanding of growth funnels, ROAS, CAC, etc.
