What you’ll do
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and design, with exposure to programming and technical specifications.

Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Conduct requirement analysis and create technical specifications, including UI workflow, process flow, and sequence diagrams.
Develop and maintain business processes and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MCA.
Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Strong knowledge of business analysis principles and practices.
Experience with requirement analysis and design.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Skills: Business Analyst, requirement analysis, design background, and necessary exposure to programming; technical specifications in terms of UI workflow, process flow, and sequence diagrams.
Notice period: Immediate joiners preferred.
