Key Responsibilities
Drive city-level channel sales & ECV targets
Build, manage & retain a high-performing broker/Channel Partner (CP) network
Lead daily CP meetings and ensure quality lead flow
Manage CP payouts and strengthen long-term relationships
Uphold brand integrity and operational excellence

Who You Are
Graduate/Postgraduate with 3+ years in Channel Sales or Real Estate
Strong broker/CP network in Mumbai or Noida
Proven leadership & team management skills
Excellent communication in English, Hindi (and Marathi for Mumbai)
Strategic, result-oriented, and partnership-focused
