What you’ll do

Cluster Head – BFSI – ITeS/Consulting/BFSI – 15+ years – Mumbai

Location: Mumbai,

We are looking for an experienced sales leader to drive strategic client engagements within the BFSI vertical for IT and digital services. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing high-value accounts, building and nurturing CXO-level relationships, and delivering sustainable business growth through a balanced mix of farming and hunting strategies. The role also involves full P&L ownership for the sales function.

Responsibilities:

Managing and nurturing client relationships to drive contract adherence, account growth, and stakeholder alignment.
Overseeing strategic account planning and revenue growth aligned to vertical goals.
Leading farming and new business development across assigned accounts.
Driving client-centric solutioning through deep engagement with service lines and partner networks.
Leading cross-functional collaboration for delivery excellence and operational optimization.
Mentoring account executives and cultivating high-performing teams.
Representing the organization at industry forums and driving thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements:

Graduation/Post-Graduation in Business, Technology, or related fields.
15+ years of experience in IT services with proven BFSI domain exposure, particularly banking.
Strong track record in managing large accounts and deals ($15M$20M PnL ownership).
Executive presence with established CXO-level connects and solutioning expertise.
Experience in digital transformation, analytics, and complex enterprise sales cycles.
