What you’ll do
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage primary sales of construction chemicals to institutional customers, including government agencies and large-scale projects.
Develop secondary sales channels through retail partnerships and distributor networks.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-6 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales, in the construction chemicals industry.
Strong understanding of waterproofing solutions, admixtures, and other specialty chemical products used in construction projects.
Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients at all levels.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
