Marketing Head Jewellery Marketplace

Were building a marketplace where luxury meets innovation, and we need a marketing leader who can craft a powerful brand presence and drive growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy: Define and execute brand positioning, identity, and communication across all channels.
Digital & Performance Marketing: Plan and optimize campaigns for paid media, SEO, SEM, social, and influencer collaborations to maximize ROI.
Content & Communication: Oversee content strategy for social media, email, and digital campaigns ensuring consistent brand voice.
Leadership: Lead and mentor marketing teams, fostering creativity and accountability.
Agency & Influencer Management: Manage external agencies, influencer partnerships, and content creators to deliver impactful campaigns.
Analytics & Growth: Track performance metrics, analyze data, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements

6–15 years of experience in marketing, preferably in luxury, fashion, or jewellery brands.
Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance campaigns, and brand building.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Familiarity with influencer marketing, content trends, and e-commerce platforms.
