Job description
What you’ll do
Job Purpose: To drive corporate sales growth for Cozmo Travel by building strong relationships with corporate clients, expanding the companys service portfolio in the travel sector, and positioning Cozmo as a trusted partner for corporate travel solutions.
Key Tasks/Activities/Roles:
Identify and prospect new corporate clients through various channels.
Expand Cozmos corporate client base through targeted business development initiatives.
Introduce and promote new travel products and services, including visa facilitation and corporate holiday packages.
Conduct corporate presentations, networking events to showcase Cozmos product portfolio to potential and existing clients.
Develop tie-up programs with corporate associations to increase visibility and market penetration.
Ensure corporate clients are well-informed about newly launched services and solutions.
Prepare periodic reports on product performance, sales trends, and market feedback.
Distribute workloads, delegate responsibilities, and monitor performance of the sales and operations team.
Ensure strong follow up and coordination on proposal, payment recovery and outstanding payments.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer delite through service excellence
Functional Skillset:
Strong business development and B2B sales skills.
In-depth knowledge of the travel and tourism industry.
Understanding of business finance, pricing strategies, and profit margins.
Expertise in preparing proposals and working with CRM systems.
Personal Qualities / Behavioral Competencies:
Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Strong people management and leadership abilities.
Education:
1. Graduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism Management (or related field).
Experience:
5+ years of proven sales experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably with a corporate client portfolio.
