Job description
What you’ll do
Roles and Responsibilities :

Handle international calls from clients across various time zones, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
Process customer requests, concerns, and issues in a timely manner while maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues or escalate matters when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
Meet performance targets for call handling, resolution rates, and first-call resolution.
Job Requirements :

1-5 years of experience in an international call center environment or similar BPO industry role.
Proficiency in handling international outbound sales calls, customer support, and voice processing services.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
