Duties and responsibilities

· To work closely with the leadership team in finding solutions to business

problems

· Analyze data and present results or finding in a prescribed format

· Build complex forecasting data model as per business requirements

· Proactively assess the risks of various scenarios and suggest solutions

· Generate alerts based on thresholds and discuss with business teams for corrective and preventive action.

· Obtain key inputs from enterprise wide business and functional teams

· Conduct research and present results or findings as per business requirements from time to time.

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Statistics, Fisheries Science, or Poultry Sciences

· SAP knowledge Mandatory

· MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is a strong advantage

· Minimum 4–5 years of experience in production analysis within poultry or aquaculture sectors

· Prior experience with reputed firms in the industry is essential

Technical Skills

· Should be good in data analytics packages and programming tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI VBA & SQL,

o Exposure to R, Phyton, Tableau or SAS would be an added advantage

o Should be familiar in using AI tools such as Google’s Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Chat GPT, Meta.

o Should be familiar with various core modules of SAP including SAP BI BW

· Regularly monitor performance of various divisions and proactively provide analysis and support to improve the KPIs of each division.

· Ability to extract, clean and integrate data from different data sources including SAP, other legacy systems such as tally etc.

· Ability to provide analysis that translates data into actionable insights.

· Technical expertise in creating data models

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

· Demonstrated ability to work with large and heterogenous data sets

Experience in production analysis with large poultry , Aquaculture
