Data Modeler/Data Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for skilled Analytics Engineers / Data Modellers with hands-on experience in Honeydew, CubeDev, or DBT Metrics to join our growing data team in Pune. You will work on modern data stack projects, enabling semantic layer modelling and metric standardization for enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain semantic data models using tools like Honeydew, CubeDev, or DBT Metrics.
Collaborate with BI developers, data engineers, and business analysts to define and standardize business metrics.
Optimize query performance and ensure data models are scalable and efficient.
Implement version control and CI/CD best practices for semantic layer pipelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues and discrepancies in metric definitions.
Stay updated on emerging trends in semantic modelling and metric layer technologies.
Required Skills:

5 to 7 years of experience in data modelling or analytics engineering.
Hands-on experience with at least one: Honeydew, CubeDev, or DBT Metrics (Not compulsory)
Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouse technologies (Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Big Query, Redshift, etc.).
Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.) and their interaction with semantic layers.
Understanding of version control (Git) and modern data stack tools.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Knowledge of data pipeline orchestration (Airflow, Prefect, or dbt Cloud).
Exposure to data governance and metric governance frameworks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year
