What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing branch sales team
Drive sales strategy, performance, and KPI achievement ie Order Intake, Bids Submission & Sales Activities in the branch.
Own branch sales results and reporting by developing annual and mid-term business plan reports & presentations.
Build strong relationships with consultants, builders, architects, and government agencies.
Manage large/strategic projects and final negotiations.
Collaborate with HQ and internal teams for cost optimization and bidding.
Ensure compliance, ethics, and safety leadership.
Preferred candidate profile
Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering.
Working experience of 8-10 years and at least 2 years in the Elevator/Escalator Sales or Building System Industry in location.
Proven success in sales leadership and target achievement.
Strong understanding of customer behavior and decision-making.
Experience in managing large projects and motivating teams.
Familiarity with sales tools and processes.
