What you’ll do
Job Description:

Role:

Lead Ecom business Supply chain and ownership for Logistics & Customer Service
Implementation for effective logistics and improve efficiency on stock management to support Ecom business volume
Drive Productivity, Cost optimization for ECOM operations in Secondary Freight and Warehousing and data analytics for taking critical business decisions.
Work with the Central Supply Planning to ensure service level.
Maintain optimum Inventory levels at depots / locations thereby eliminating stock outs.
Responsibilities:

Analyze ECOM forecasts to detect and address abnormal fluctuations in line with market trends and align with Business team.
Collaborate with supply chain planning to ensure availability of right stocks / manage agreed service levels and minimize slow moving / obsolete inventory.
Analyze Flex transportation cost, monitor orders getting fulfilled Locally / regionally and nationally and minimize National fulfillments.
Develop KPIs and metrics to track and evaluate the performance of the e-commerce supply chain operations. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Plant & Depot Logistics, Demand and Supply Planner to align supply chain activities with business goals, share information, and address issues proactively.
Troubleshooting the issues in the ECOM operations / Identify and resolve operational issues within ECOM processes.
Ensure execution of time-based order processing for Sellerflex and stock transfers from and to the Warehouses as per SOP.
Prepare required MIS reports and keep relevant teams updated at all times.

Education Qualification required

Any Graduate/ MBA (preferred)

Key Skills and Attitude Required

Should be well aware of Ecom operations and warehouse management procedures policies.
Strong Analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Must possess good communication skills.
Must have good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience

Must have 8 -10 years of experience in Supply chain field.
Should have experience in ECOM operations field.
Hands-on experience in SAP and EasyEcom is preferred.
