What you’ll do
In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of MS Dynamics 365 Platform & products (Sales, Service, Customer insights journeys), application Data model, Data Architecture, and Data Management 10+ years experience to build roadmap & Design for MS Dynamics 365 based solutions, conduct Fit-Gap at product features level including technical aspects Hands on Experience in handling complex deployment & scenarios including API
Exposure to Code configuration tools like Azure Devops, Github
Capability to make effort estimations using various tools and techniques Gain deep understanding of customer requirement and experience, identify and fill product gaps
Strong knowledge with hands on experience integration SSO, OAP/REST usage, Azure integration services, integration tools like Kingsway SSIS, Scribe Strong experience of MS Dynamics integrations using APIs, Tools or with on-premise or cloud applications Excellent communication and influencing skills with stakeholders across the Business and IT functions Have worked on a client-facing role with responsibility of driving the implementation for MS Dynamics solutions Good Experience in at least two of these domains Banking and Insurance MS Dynamics 365
com Certification is a preferred Should be flexible and adaptable to work under tight timelines
