As a Dynamics 365 CRM Sales Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM platform to meet the organization’s sales and customer relationship management needs. You will collaborate with business analysts, sales teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Collaborate with business analysts to understand sales processes, requirements, and objectives. Design and architect solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM platform to optimize sales processes and enhance user experience.
Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business needs. Develop and implement custom entities, workflows, plugins, and integrations to extend CRM functionality.
Development: Write, test, and deploy custom code (C#, JavaScript) to enhance and extend Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other business applications and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency across the organization.
User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Dynamics 365 CRM functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure alignment of CRM solutions with business goals.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, code documentation, and user guides.
Stay Current: Stay abreast of industry best practices, new features, and updates related to Dynamics 365 CRM. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance and functionality.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with a focus on sales modules.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration.
Strong development skills in C# and JavaScript.
Experience with Power Automate and Power BI.
Knowledge of integration techniques with other systems.
Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-210: Dynamics 365 for Sales) are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year
