What you’ll do
About the Role:
Tungsten Automation Corporation is looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to drive sales of our intelligent automation platform (RPA, cognitive capture, analytics) to large enterprises. You will engage with senior decision-makers, build strong client relationships, and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage your territory, driving enterprise sales growth.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline (4X license quota).
Lead complex sales cycles with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with partners and internal teams (lead generation, inside sales, engineering).
Convert prospects into loyal clients and automation advocates.
Target Locations:
Bangalore (Priority)
Mumbai
Hyderabad / Other regions as required
Required Skills & Experience:
710 years of proven success in enterprise software sales.
Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas.
Experience selling RPA, SaaS, or automation solutions.
Ability to lead boardroom discussions and close strategic deals.
Executive presence with a hunter mentality.
Knowledge of strategic sales methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong sales results can outweigh formal education.
