We have an urgent opening for the role of Executive / Manager – Sales & BD in food ingredients & Beverage products manufacturing & exporting company
Position : Executive / Manager – Sales & BD
Work Location : Remote / Work From Home
Location to handle : Nagpur
Education : Any Graduate
Experience : 2+ years in HORECA sales
Job Objective: To drive sales growth in the #Bakries & #HORECA and institutional segments by developing new accounts, managing existing relationships, and achieving sales for company’s range of products like crushes, syrups, and fruit fillings.
Job Responsibilities :
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the #Bakries & #HORECA and institutional channels (hotels, restaurants, cafs, bakeries, caterers, and food manufacturers)
Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, distributors, and decision-makers
Conduct regular product presentations, sampling, and promotional activities to generate product awareness
Negotiate pricing and credit terms, and ensure timely order fulfillment and payment collection
Track market trends and competitor activities, and provide regular feedback to the management
Coordinate with the distributor network to ensure product availability and visibility
Participate in exhibitions, food shows, and trade events to promote company’s product range
Package : 9.00 LPA to 10.00 LPA
