What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities

The Candidate Should Be Well Conversant with Draft Procedures, Advance License, EPCG Scheme.

Handling Export Documentation, Both Preshipment & Post Shipment. He Should Have Knowledge of Central Excise / Depb / Draw Back / Letter Of Credits

Import / Export Clearance , Command On Import Class & Customer Clearance Co-Ordation with International Airlines , Freight Forwarders , Couriers, Customs Officials , Adc , Octroi with International Airlines , Freight Forwarders , Couriers, Customs Officials , ADC, Octroi Officals, Dgft , Couriers & Clients For The Safe & Fast Movement Of Shipment Globally

Forecasting, Inventory Analysis, Product Sell through Analysis Etc.

The Candidate Will be Handling Complete Marketing & Export Formalities Such As:

– Thorough Knowledge Of Export Market and Have Direct Contacts With Buyers

– Procurement of Orders and Its Execution.

– Export Documentation (Pre & Post). Knowledge Of Import Export Laws And Regulations

– Payment Realization.

– Good Trading Skills On International Level

– Co-Ordinate with Production Department And Plan Schedules –Handle Dispatches –Co-Ordinate With Foreign Buyers.

Custom Clearance, Claming Import Incentive, License

Closure, Arranging Shipping Lines,

Export Incentives, Discharge of Bank Guarantied,

Participation in Overseas Trade Fairs / Exhibition

– Tender Participation

– Follow Up & Control of Field Work

– Logistics Management
