Job description
What you’ll do
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Manager/Senior Engineers to oversee and manage faade works for a landmark high-rise residential projects in Mumbai/Western/Central Suburbs . The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience in faade systems, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the installation of all faade elements (curtain walls, cladding, glazing, louvers, etc.) as per approved drawings and specifications.
Supervise faade-related activities during execution and conduct quality inspections upon completion.
Coordinate daily activities with contractors and assign work as per the project plan.
Collaborate closely with civil, structural, and MEP teams on-site to maintain workflow synergy.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, especially during high-elevation works.
Coordinate with design teams for drawing reviews, approvals, and revisions.

Required Experience & Skills-

Minimum 7+ years of experience in faade management with at least 3-4 years in high-rise residential or commercial projects.
Deep understanding of faade systems, materials, installation techniques, and technical standards.
Good communication and report-writing skills.
Familiarity with project management tools and documentation practices.
