What you’ll do
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce applications using both front-end and back-end technologies
You will work with a collaborative team to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring high performance and seamless user experience
Your role will involve developing scalable solutions that integrate with other platforms while adhering to best practices in Salesforce development
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform using Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
Develop both front-end and back-end solutions, integrating Salesforce with other internal systems and third-party applications
Customize Salesforce functionalities including creating custom objects, fields, validation rules, process builders, and flows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver Salesforce-based solutions that meet business needs
Write Apex classes, triggers, and test classes to ensure quality development
Manage and maintain Salesforce environments including sandboxes, production, and custom configurations
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve any Salesforce issues and improve system performance
Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance within Salesforce applications
Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Salesforce-based systems
Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices
Required Skills:

Proven experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components)
Strong knowledge of Salesforce customization (Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Process Builders, Flows)
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST APIs, SOAP, third-party integrations)
Strong experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with Salesforce Lightning (both UI/UX and back-end)
Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools such as Change Sets, ANT, and SFDX
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
Understanding of Salesforce best practices for development and deployment
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
