Role & responsibilities
Role: A person will be responsible for complete Sales Operations or Activities for Franco Africa Market. Country Managers & MR will report to this position. A person needs to travel to these countries for business purposes.
Segments: Gastro, Ortho, Chronic & Pain Management

Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across Franco-African countries.
Identify new market opportunities, products, and partnerships to expand business reach.
Analyze market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity to optimize sales performance.
Distribution & Channel Management
Establish and manage partnerships with distributors, agents, and local stakeholders.
Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements with distributors and institutional buyers.
Monitor inventory flow, order fulfillment, and market-level supply chain operations.
Regulatory & Market Access
Coordinate with regulatory teams to ensure timely product registration and renewals.
Engage with local authorities, health ministries, and procurement agencies to facilitate business.
Product Promotion & Branding
Oversee promotional strategies for key brands and therapeutic segments.(Gastro, Ortho, Chronic & Pain Management )
Support marketing campaigns tailored to local languages and cultural contexts.
Team Leadership
Build, mentor, and lead a cross-border sales team including country managers and field force.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training & development programs.
