Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Google Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving profitable growth through strategic campaign management, precise audience targeting, and data-driven Optimisation fully aligned with techtrons lifestyle-focused, premium positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) across multiple markets.
Optimise campaigns for ROAS and CPA targets, ensuring maximum efficiency.
Manage Google Merchant Center for product feed accuracy and optimisation.
Execute advanced keyword research and develop targeted bidding strategies.
Implement Google Tag Manager tracking for conversions, remarketing, and event-based triggers.
Optimisation & Testing
Run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Improve Quality Scores and ad relevance through data-led adjustments.
Apply Smart Bidding and AI-powered tools for automated optimisation.
Ensure campaigns align with SEO efforts for integrated growth.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and produce weekly/monthly performance reports.
Use data insights to recommend changes to creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
Monitor competitor activity and identify new growth opportunities.
Collaboration
Work closely with content, creative, and SEO teams to ensure consistency in messaging.
Coordinate with e-commerce teams for promotions, product launches, and feed updates.
Align campaigns with Techtron’s brand identity, premium design language, and advanced features.
Key Requirements
3+ years hands-on Google Ads experience managing budgets of £10k+ per month.
Proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Experience optimising multi-market, multi-language campaigns.
Knowledge of YouTube Ads and video campaign strategies.
Proven track record in e-commerce and D2C performance marketing.
KPIs / Success Metrics
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) consistently meets or exceeds targets.
CPA (Cost per Acquisition) reduction while maintaining or improving conversion rates.
Increased traffic and conversions from high-intent audiences.
Growth in brand visibility across target search terms.
Effective integration with SEO, social, and AI-driven content strategic
