Job description
What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities

1. Think creatively to develop new ideas, concepts, and visual solutions.

2. Design concepts and layouts that align with principles of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.

3. Create compelling visual designs across various platforms, including presentations, project collateral, print materials, and social media content

4. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the design and advertising industries.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, interior design, architecture and business development to support branding initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field from an exceptional institute with 5 -7 years of work experience

2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma).

3. Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.

4. Strong portfolio showcasing creative skills and a passion for visual storytelling.

5. Solid understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

6. Excellent creative and artistic skills with keen attention to detail.

7. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.

8. Exceptional attention to detail, time management, coordination skills and strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly and effectively.

9. Reliable, focused, confident, articulate and self-directed with a high level of initiative and a can do attitude
