Job Title: Head of Acquisition Marketing & Growth
Department: Marketing & Growth
Location: Malad, Mumbai
Role Overview:
The Head of Acquisition will lead the strategy and execution of client acquisition initiatives across channels to drive consistent and scalable business growth. The role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in digital marketing, performance-driven campaigns, partnerships, and funnel optimization. You will own end-to-end acquisition—from planning and positioning to execution and performance analytics—ensuring sustainable client growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Leadership
Develop and own the client acquisition and growth roadmap aligned with overall business objectives.
Identify and prioritize acquisition channels (digital, partnerships, referrals, events, etc.) for maximum ROI.
Drive data-backed decisions to scale acquisition campaigns effectively and sustainably.
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team across digital marketing, growth, and analytics.
2. Client Acquisition
Design and implement acquisition campaigns to attract new clients and expand market reach.
Optimize marketing funnels from awareness to conversion using strong performance metrics.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to refine lead quality and conversion rates.
Develop innovative acquisition models including influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, and paid media strategies.
3. Growth & Retention Strategy
Drive initiatives that maximize customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce acquisition cost (CAC).
Implement A/B testing, growth experiments, and data-led insights to improve performance.
Collaborate with CRM and retention teams to ensure smooth onboarding and engagement of acquired clients.
4. Data & Performance Management
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track ROI across channels.
Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.) to monitor and report on growth metrics.
Present periodic growth and acquisition performance reports to leadership.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong expertise in digital and performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, etc.)
Proven experience in scaling client acquisition and driving measurable growth.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools and performance dashboards.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
8–12 years of experience in marketing, growth, or acquisition roles with at least 3–4 years in a leadership capacity.
Experience in high-growth environments (startups, digital-first brands, or marketing agencies preferred).
