Role Overview:

We are looking for a visionary and high-performing Head of Sales / Sales Director to lead our global sales function. This senior leadership role is responsible for building, managing, and scaling the sales organization to drive revenue, client acquisition, and market expansion across regions.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership & Strategy

Define and execute the global sales strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
Drive business growth through new client acquisition, account expansion, and strategic partnerships.
Identify emerging market trends and tailor service offerings to match client needs.
Team Building & Management

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, including Sales Managers, BDMs, SDRs, and Account Executives.
Set sales targets, KPIs, and compensation plans; monitor and improve team performance.
Revenue & Growth Ownership

Own the global sales quota and drive predictable revenue across IT services and digital solutions.
Expand the company’s footprint in existing markets and penetrate new geographies or verticals.
Process & Enablement

Establish scalable sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting practices.
Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, delivery, and executive leadership to ensure sales success.
Oversee key deal negotiations, pricing strategies, and enterprise contract closures.
Customer & Market Intelligence

Maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
Analyze market feedback and sales data to inform product/service development and GTM improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales within IT services, consulting, or technology solutions.
Proven track record of leading sales teams and consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
Deep understanding of enterprise IT services such as Cloud, AI/ML, App Development, Managed Services, and Cybersecurity.
Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales analytics platforms.
Preferred:

Global sales experience, especially in markets like North America, Europe, or the Middle East.
Prior experience scaling a sales function in a fast-growth IT or tech company.
Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud consumption models and digital transformation consulting.
