What you’ll do
Roles and Responsibilities

1. As a Head Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for handling Diabetic & Cardiac segment for reputed pharma companies for based at Mumbai HQ.

2 Candidates will be responsible for handling P&L Budgeting and Top line and Bottom line for the new division.

3. Candidates will be responsible for launching new products and implementing strategies and strengthening existing brands.

4. Candidates will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing an entire new sales and marketing team for the new division and guide them to achieve derived targets and incentives.

5. Candidate is responsible for handling Effective Man Management and achieving Business / Sales targets with high PCPM.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. B.Sc. or B. Pharma and MBA in Sales and Marketing, having 20 – 25 years of experience in Pharma Sales and Marketing out of which last 4-5 years handling Diabetic & Cardiac Business based at Mumbai HQ.

2. Candidates should be good in handling P&L, Budgeting and Top line and Bottom line.

3. You should be good in handling Diabetic & Cardiac products and introducing new molecules and conducting innovative promotional activities.

4. Candidates should be good in Strategy Management and executing the same on basis to achieve budget with effective distribution and administration control.

5. Candidates should be good in recruiting training and developing the sales team on Effective man-management and achieving high PCPM.
