What you’ll do
Role Overview

We are looking for highly driven Inside Sales Executives who will be responsible for converting qualified inbound leads into paying subscribers. This is a target-driven sales role with attractive incentives, offering a high potential for earnings and career growth in the SaaS/data-tech space.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with qualified inbound leads (no cold calling) generated via Tofler’s website
Conduct product demos and clearly communicate the value proposition of Tofler’s subscription offerings
Understand customer pain points and use consultative selling techniques to close sales
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients
Maintain CRM hygiene by updating lead status, follow-ups, and notes
Meet or exceed monthly revenue conversion targets and KPIs

Who Should Apply

2-4 years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales / subscription sales / SaaS sales
Fluent in Hindi and English (both spoken & written)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Strong sales acumen and persuasive abilities
Self-motivated with a high sense of ownership
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
