Job Title: International Sales Admission Counsellor
Location: Mumbai- Marol (Work from Office)
Experience: 2-5 Years
Working Days: 6 Days (Rotational week-off)
Primary Focus Region: US
Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven International Sales Admission Counsellors to guide prospective learners through their career journey and drive enrollments for upGrads digital learning programs across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel international prospects and act as a trusted career advisor
Drive enrollments by managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle
Meet weekly/monthly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets
Conduct outbound calls and product demos for assigned leads
Clearly articulate the value proposition of upGrad’s online programs
Build and maintain strong post-sales relationships
Update CRM with accurate lead interactions and follow-ups
Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years of experience in International Sales / B2C / B2B Sales
Prior experience in EdTech / Education Sales preferred
Strong understanding of international student buying behavior
Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Target-driven mindset with proven sales performance
Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems
Basic proficiency in MS Excel / MS Office
Eligibility
Bachelor’ degree in any discipline
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Shift Timings
US / NA: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
