Role & responsibilities :Salesforce Developer with Lighting

Experience -: 6 to 9Yrs

Location -: Any Where India

Preferred candidate profile :

Key Responsibilities ** Salesforce Customization Development:** 1. Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies. 2. Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, triggers, and process builder to meet business requirements. 3. Work on integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP web services, as well as other integration tools. ** Technical Leadership:** 1. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level Salesforce developers. 2. Lead code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. 3. Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and other technical teams to design scalable solutions. ** Salesforce Administration:** 1. Configure Salesforce objects, fields, reports, dashboards, and security settings as needed. 2. Support the Salesforce admin team in system configuration and user management. ** Troubleshooting and Support:** 1. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Salesforce applications, integrations, and user requests. 2. Provide timely resolution of technical problems, ensuring minimal impact to business operations. ** Quality Assurance Best Practices:** 1. Ensure the application and codebase follows best practices and is optimized for performance and scalability. 2. Write and maintain unit tests, ensuring adequate code coverage and functionality. 3. Document technical solutions and maintain knowledge sharing across the team. ** Collaboration with Business Teams:** 1. Work closely with business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 2. Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
