Job Title: Lead-Corporate Sales

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Specialist to promote and sell our pre-designed open programs including women leadership, first time manag and HR leadership development programs. This role is exclusively focused on driving enrollments for open programs, without customization, to organizations seeking ready-made solutions. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, strong client engagement skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities 1. Sales and Business Development: Promote and sell standard open-enrollment development programs to enterprise/SMB businesses. Identify new leads through direct outreach, digital campaigns, and networking opportunities. Drive enrollments by highlighting the value and benefits standardized, ready-to-deliver training programs. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. 2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients interested in open programs. Effectively communicate program details, schedules, and outcomes prospective clients. Handle inquiries and objections, ensuring clarity about the non-customizable nature of the programs. 3. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM. Generate regular sales performance reports for management. l Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fiel Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in training, education, or corporate learning.
