What you’ll do
Role Overview:
The Manager Central Operations will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and business process transformation through data-driven insights. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of operational workflows, and the ability to design and implement process improvement initiatives across warehousing, logistics, and order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead process improvement and optimization initiatives across supply chain and warehouse operations.
Analyze large data sets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
Design and track key operational KPIs and dashboards (e.g., order accuracy, TAT, returns, productivity, cost per order)
Partner with warehouse, logistics, and planning teams to define process standards and implement best practices.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for operational deviations and define corrective/preventive actions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Finance) to improve system workflows and reporting accuracy.
Drive automation, digital tools adoption, and data visibility across operations.
Support capacity planning, manpower allocation, and cost optimization using data insights.
Present performance insights and improvement roadmaps to senior leadership.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker).
Hands-on understanding of warehouse, logistics, and order fulfillment processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle large data sets and convert insights into measurable actions.
High ownership, attention to detail, and results orientation.
Qualification & Experience:
4-5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or business analytics.
Exposure to WMS, ERP, OMS systems, and automation tools.
Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, or FMCG operations preferred.
