Profile : Sales and Operations Engineer
Experience : 3+ Years
Location : Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the sales team to assess technical and commercial feasibility of customer requirements.
Coordinate with responsible teams for customer code creation in SAP/ERP and ensure all statutory details are validated.
Facilitate channel partner onboarding, documentation, and approval processes in line with company policies.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse (Jaipur/Bhiwandi), and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatches and installations.
Plan STO and inter-warehouse movement in compliance with GST and system mapping requirements.
Monitor order processing, lead times, and dispatch performance against sales commitments.
Manage order tracking, documentation and customer delivery updates.
Align sales forecasts with material requirement planning for timely availability of modules, inverters, and BOS components.
Liaise with site execution teams to align material readiness with installation timelines.
Track inventory ageing, warehouse stock levels, and optimize dispatch consolidation to reduce logistics costs
Maintain updated records of customer data, orders, and channel partner status in SAP/ERP and CRM.
Generate and share MIS reports covering sales vs. dispatch, lead times, and operational KPIs.
Identify process bottlenecks and propose system improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP/ERP, and CRM tools.
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
