What you’ll do
Profile Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager Logistics Tender to oversee and manage multiple tenders related to flyash disposal management across India. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in identifying upcoming tenders, preparing competitive bids, and building strong connections with government bodies and power plants. This role requires excellent analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills to ensure successful tender participation and contract execution.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, track, and evaluate multiple tenders related to flyash disposal from power plants across India.
Forecast upcoming tenders by leveraging industry knowledge, networks, and government channels.
Analyze tender requirements and determine competitive pricing strategies based on location and project scope.
Coordinate, prepare, and compile bid submission documents including pre-qualification questionnaires and tender responses.
Collaborate with internal departments to organize inputs, review contracts, and ensure accurate bid submissions.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, clients, and industry stakeholders.
Monitor industry developments, new projects, competitor activities, and regulatory updates.
Negotiate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure cost-effective and compliant tender submissions.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance frameworks, and statutory guidelines throughout the tendering process.
Desired Profile

Graduate degree with 15+ years of experience in tendering and bidding within logistics, preferably related to flyash disposal or industrial logistics.
Proven track record of managing multiple tenders simultaneously.
Strong connections with government bodies, industry stakeholders, and tendering channels.
Excellent skills in tender document preparation, bid management, and compliance.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
Ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results under tight deadlines.
