What you’ll do
SUMMARY
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain Operations team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of operations, from contract review and invoice reconciliation to inventory tracking. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor to our delivery team , working closely with global stakeholders to maintain operational excellence using SAP IBP.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract and Invoice Management:
o Review and analyze contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with established terms.
o Approve invoices in a timely manner, validating them against contract agreements and delivered services/goods.
o Perform meticulous reconciliation of contract terms versus invoice details to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Inventory & Data Management:
o Utilize SAP IBP to track inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and ensure data accuracy.
o Analyze inventory data to support planning activities and identify potential stockouts or overstock situations.
Operational Excellence & Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Serve as a primary point of contact for global stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing operational insights.
o Collaborate with finance, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve complex issues and streamline processes.
o Generate and present reports on operational metrics, contract compliance, and reconciliation status to senior management.
Process Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the supply chain operations workflow.
o Contribute to the continuous improvement of our SAP IBP utilization and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency:
o Proven experience with SAP IBP is a must.
o Strong analytical and data reconciliation skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Problem-Solving:
o Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
o Ability to work with ambiguity and resolve complex issues.
Communication:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Experience collaborating with diverse, global teams and stakeholders.
Experience:
o A minimum of 10+ years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or a related field.
o Must have experience in a prior supply chain operations role with a GCC/leading BPS company/global firm
Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
