What you’ll do
Purpose of the Role:
The role is responsible for supporting digital business initiatives by building brands that deliver category-defining products and drive strong, sustainable growth. It focuses on identifying product-market fit, developing sharp brand narratives, and scaling demand profitably.

Qualification & Experience

Post-Graduation in Management (preferably from a premier institute)
6 to 10 years of experience in FMCG or consumer-facing industries
Key Deliverables of the Role

Lead deep consumer insighting to uncover unmet needs, behavioral triggers, and whitespace opportunities
Define and refine positioning, packaging, and pricing based on market testing and feedback
Develop and own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across performance, content, and social channels to drive trials and conversions
Design and execute GTM plans for new product launches with strong digital-first narratives
Track and optimize conversion funnels using analytics and A/B testing
Build key metrics dashboards to monitor CAC, LTV, RoAS, and retention
Integrate customer feedback into ongoing marketing and product evolution
Craft an authentic brand narrative rooted in purpose and audience relevance
Drive cross-functional alignment on brand strategy, positioning, and customer promise
